SALMA is made from the leanest and finest parts of Norwegian salmon.  A unique, patents pending process allows us to skin, bone and package salmon within four hours of capture. This method results in salmon which is superior in taste, texture and color.

SALMA has recently been launched on the French market and is being sold in Carrefour in Rhône Alpes and Paris.   

SALMA is well known among top chefs in Europe, and is being served in selected restaurants throughout France.
